Q Cells panels carried different warranties depending on where they were made, and the datasheet did not lead with it. Two panels with the same badge could carry materially different cover.
Q Cells cover and availability
- PSW Energy no longer sells Q Cells. This page is kept for people who already own it.
- The Q.MAXX range, manufactured in China, carried the standard Q Cells product warranty.
- The Q.Peak Duo G6+ range, manufactured in South Korea, carried a longer 25-year product warranty.
- Q.Partner certification was the installer credential attached to the range.

Support for existing Q Cells panels
Q Cells is not in our range. Warranty terms above are as published in 2020 and should be confirmed against your own paperwork and the manufacturer’s current position.
We support panels we did not install and brands we no longer sell, through PSW Life Support. If you are replacing rather than repairing, what we currently fit is in the range.
