Welcome to your aftercare home.

YOUR PUBLIC CHECK-IN
A wider interruption can explain a change at home.
Start with the shared notices.
The last notice check is out of date. For current outages at your address, check Western Power.
Shared notices provide context. They do not confirm that your individual system is working.
START WITH WHAT YOU CAN SEE
You don’t need to diagnose it before asking.
Choose what you’re noticing.
Smoke, sparking or a burning smell? Keep clear. For fire or immediate danger, call 000.
Check current electricity outages for your address. A supply interruption can affect grid-connected solar. If the issue remains after supply returns, contact us.
Check Western Power ↗If your router or WiFi details have changed, start with the reconnection assistant. App status alone cannot confirm whether your equipment is generating.
Open WiFi Reconnect Assistant ↗Keep the exact message, when it appeared and any photo you can take safely. We’ll use that to help find the next step.
Send the details to PSW ↗Have your bill dates, export figures and monitoring information ready. We can look at the same period together.
Speak to the support team ↗YOUR COVER, CLEARLY SET OUT
Start with the PSW guarantee. Your installation agreement sets out the cover that applies to your system.
Tell PSW Life Support what’s happening. We’ll assess the issue and explain the next steps.
Read the full PSW guarantee ↗Existing promises, applicable manufacturer warranties and Australian Consumer Law rights continue. Refer to your agreement and the full guarantee for details.

Before paying for an EVDC output upgrade, check whether your module accepts the software licence. Compatibility depends on the module, and charging speed still depends on the wider system.
Read the guide ↗Have a licensed electrician confirm your supply type before choosing a two-phase Sigenergy setup. Check current manufacturer guidance for backup and generator compatibility.
Read the guide ↗Start with the symptom and record any inverter or battery error code. Repeated faults or visible damage need professional attention; do not open equipment or touch wiring.
Read the guide ↗Note the Sungrow alarm code and inverter model before contacting support. Codes can be found in iSolarCloud or on the inverter, with professional help needed for electrical fault investigation.
Read the guide ↗Use your system documents to identify the equipment and find the monitoring details. Keep the aftercare contacts handy, and check the manufacturer's instructions before acting on a fault.
Read the guide ↗Record the exact GoodWe code and when it appeared before contacting your installer. Faults involving DC wiring or internal components need professional attention.
Read the guide ↗This is a curated notice board, not a live outage feed. PSW checks shared supply notices from the issuing organisation and records a named reviewer and verification time. Each published notice includes its source, affected area, interruption window and what you might notice.
A check expires after 36 hours. When it expires, the board says so; a blank board is never proof that every system is working. A scheduled end time alone does not confirm restoration. Use the issuing organisation’s current information for your address.
Manufacturer monitoring platforms and private customer records are not connected to this public board. For your own installation, contact PSW Life Support or use the existing myPSW portal.
