PSW Energy and Perth Solar Warehouse now operate from Bibra Lake and 1/42 Pinnacle Drive, Neerabup. Announced in September 2025, the northern depot is open and supports jobs north of the river.
In short
- The second depot is at 1/42 Pinnacle Drive, Neerabup — announced September 2025, now open.
- One building, both brands: Perth Solar Warehouse and PSW Energy operate from the same warehouse and counter.
- It is a working depot, not a shopfront — stock, dispatch and customer service for jobs north of the river.
- We have committed to the site for an initial ten years. It is not a pop-up.
Northern dispatch from Neerabup
For years every panel, inverter and battery we installed left Bibra Lake, whatever side of the city the job was on. For a job in Joondalup, Alkimos, Yanchep or Two Rocks, that meant a truck crossing the whole metro area before the first tile came off — crew hours spent on the freeway instead of on a roof.
Neerabup is off Wanneroo Road in the northern industrial corridor. Stock and crews for northern jobs can leave from there, reducing travel across Perth.
Warehouse and customer service
The site does two jobs from one building. It is a distribution warehouse — the solar, battery and EV charging equipment for northern installs is racked and dispatched there — and it is a customer service base, so support for northern customers is handled by people working from the same postcode, not relayed from the other end of the city.
Bibra Lake remains the head office and showroom. The north just stopped being the far end of the run.
Work beyond Perth
The depot is also the staging point for work beyond the northern suburbs. Jobs up the coast and inland from the northern edge of the metro area load out of Neerabup rather than Bibra Lake, which is the difference between a regional job being routine and being a logistics exercise.
